Breakout Group Questions

Breakout Group Session I:

1. What feedback do you have on the tiered trajectory as currently
proposed?

2. What are some additional activities for each tier? What process should be established to define and modify tiers of functionality?

3. What are appropriate evaluation criteria and assessment mechanisms for evaluating site attainment? What is the process for creating them?

Breakout Group Session II:

1. How has the implementation and use of EML been factored into your site's information management strategy? What tools are (or will be) used for creating and managing EML?

2. What are (or will be) the impacts of the EML transition on personnel time and workflow? Are there specific aspects of the EML transition at your site that will require additional technical support or resources (e.g., personnel time)? What are the major barriers to EML implementation at the level of the best practices document? Can sites produce reasonable cost estimates for reaching site compliance?

3. What lessons can be learned from our experiences with EML to date?
