Description - National Geographic TOPO! maps are seamless, scanned images of USGS paper topographic maps at 1:24,000-scale and made available through ESRI's ArcGIS Services Directory.

This download contains a KMZ (compressed KML) file of NGS topographic maps representing a portion of the southeastern United States (Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina) for use in Google Earth.

Description - A 30m resolution subset of the 2001 National Land Cover Dataset (NLCD) in vector polygon format representing the GCE-LTER domain. The Zip archive contains an ESRI shapefile and associated metadata. A Google Earth KML (XML) file is available for download separately.

This is a larger file and may take some time to load in Google Earth.
