<title>Project Goals</title>
<para>The goal of this project is to determine the seasonal variation in ammonia oxidizer abundance in the Duplin River. We collect samples from the dock at Marsh Landing, take them to the lab, filter them, freeze the filter, use qPCR to measure abundance. We also collect samples for DIN analyses.</para>
