Name: Duplin River

Location: Georgia, USA

Description: Duplin River transect used for GCE quarterly hydrographic monitoring surveys. Nominal profiling stations are defined at various locations along the Duplin River west of Sapelo Island, Georgia.

Access Information: By land from Sapelo Island or boat from Doboy Sound. (Ownership: Georgia DNR, SINERR)

Restrictions: Access to Sapelo Island is restricted, and prior permission must be obtained from DNR or the University of Georgia Marine Institute liason.
